Free Breathwork Class

Sunday, March 29th @ 11am-12:30pm EST or 6-7:30pm EST

In class you will learn how to use the breath to manifest and co-create reality from an energy of wholeness, love, joy and abundance -- which is the starting point of manifestation, not the end goal.

Then we will move through a breathwork session where you'll experience the power of your breath to release stuck energy and shift into feeling whole, loved, happy, and abundant.

Once you register below, the Zoom information will be emailed to you.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is, and continues to be, the most illuminating, healing, self-loving practice of my entire life.

For years I wanted to love myself, feel less triggered, and feel comfortable in my own skin. I just didn't know how.

The breathwork that I practice and facilitate, also known as pranayama yoga, showed me how.

It's an active meditation technique that uses the breath to quiet the mind and release the emotional gunk that lives in your body — the stuff that makes you feel funky, heavy, stuck, anxious, and held back. Think of it as an emotional detox. It’s efficient, effective, and quite magical. ✨

Here's what's happening inside your body when you do it:

As you breathe, you bring life force energy into the body through increased oxygen flow. That oxygen moves from your lungs into your bloodstream and makes its way to your brain. And this is where it gets really cool -- the oxygen stimulates the hypothalamus gland in the brain, which releases endorphins that activate the other ductless glands, also known as your chakras. At the same time, it releases carbon dioxide, making your blood more alkaline and oxygen-rich. It stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system, your rest and digest system, which melts away stress and anxiety and allows everything inside you to move into harmony and flow.

The increased oxygen helps your brain/ego relax and let go.Yes, it is more confronting and less comfortable, but it is worth the payoff. Your brain wants things to be comfortable, so it can stay in control. If the brain/ego stays in control, it will continue to create the same experiences you have been stuck with.

Beyond the physical, something even more extraordinary happens.

Breathwork activates a new state of consciousness. As the energy in your body begins to open and move, it starts to clear the blocks that have been stored for years. The biggest blocks have the most resistance stored in them, which means the breath can feel confronting at times. It takes your willingness to move through them.

But the more you work with the breath, the faster your energy opens.

The more you feel your energy, the faster you release blocks and heal.

The breath is the fuel to get the energy moving. And at a certain point, something really beautiful occurs. Once it is doing so, it tends to peak at the moment the vibration crescendos into the same frequency as the soul. When this happens the soul merges with the physical body in the heart and you feel love and Universal Energy Flow in an unforgettable way. This is what most people are waiting for in their spiritual quest for healing and enlightenment.  And it's available to you through your breath.

This is what leaves you feeling lighter, softer, open, relaxed, at peace, inspired, and clear after a breathwork session.

And the gifts don't stop there. Many people find their voice, discover their purpose, write their book, step into their calling. Because once your energy is moving and your heart is open, you become a clearer channel for everything you're here to create and express.

Within a regular breathwork practice, you'll likely start noticing synchronicities, or breadcrumbs from the universe, showing up everywhere in your life. Because as you experience more flow, harmony, love, and abundance within yourself...you naturally begin to attract and experience more of it around you.

Your breath is your medicine. As you do this work and as your spirit flows into you, you will find peace, love, purpose and joy. It’s like returning home. 🩷
