For many years I was looking for answers outside of myself feeling lost, confused, disconnected, and numb. I was constantly feeling anxious & insecure, battling with my body, food, and mind, trying to find happiness through thinness, new clothes, and attention from men that weren’t good for me. 

Little did I know that I was missing out on an entirely different way of living… A way of living free from bulimia, depression, self deprecating thoughts, and debilitating anxiety. A way of walking through life with joy and pleasure in my body, peace in my mind, and freedom in my soul.

That was, until I discovered that everything I was searching for was already within me.

When I was 24, after hitting several rock bottoms, the Universe woke me up. I knew that it was time to make a big change from within. I began to fall in love with the personal development industry. I began reading self-development books, taking programs and courses. I quickly learned that I couldn't make much progress trying to heal on my own. I needed help getting out of my own way.

I became a student of energy work and began working with incredible healers and coaches. Very quickly, we began to heal and liberate trauma and energies that were keeping me looping in the same challenging patterns for several years, if not my entire life.

I became much brighter. More courageous, happy, confident, energized, authentic. My life became much brighter. I fell in love with life, for the first time in my life. My connections grew deeper. I seemed to naturally and effortlessly attract the most incredible humans, opportunities, and synchronicities to me. I began to believe that the life of my dreams was actually possible for me, and I began to actually live it, and enjoy it.

As I deeply connected to myself and my intuition, it became clear that part of my life purpose is to help people heal and thrive through the power of energy work.

I've have helped hundreds of people discover their own magic within - celebrating clients who experience deeper levels of love, peace, joy, and well-being within. Celebrating clients who manifest deep soul-mate relationships, dream careers, intimacy + orgasmic love, business success, financial freedom, and an abundant flow of synchronicities that feel like actual magic.

It takes a lot of courage, commitment, and discipline to look within and face what is keeping you stuck. I can promise you that if you commit to your healing and awakening journey, even when you resist and it feels scary, triggering and uncomfortable, you will heal, awaken, and create a life beyond your wildest dreams.

Everyone has the opportunity to be liberated from suffering, to generate self-nourishing, healing, and magnetizing energy of love within them, and to use their mind and emotions to bend time and space to create the most aligned, happy, abundant life they desire and deserve.
