Before beginning:
1. Bookmark this webpage so you can come back to them. Sticking with these as a daily practice may just change your life.
2. Do not do breathwork if you're pregnant or have epilepsy. See a medical professional if you fall under this category or are unsure if breathwork is safe for you.
3. I recommend doing these practices sitting or laying down. Don't do these in the shower, a pool, bathtub, or while operating any kind of vehicle.
4. The sensations that arise are part of the practice. Stay with the breath and follow the instructions as good as you can, but adjust if you feel there is a better way for you.
