And on the inside, I was in a full-blown cycle of restriction, bingeing, shame, and starting over on Monday. It took me 5-6 years of suffering to finally begin my healing journey.

The 5 Steps:
Step 1: Take food and your body off the pedestal. The more obsessed you are, the more you push the result away. I share why the quantum field actually responds to your energy around health, food and body, not just your actions.
Step 2: Learn how to meet your needs. Emotional eating is almost never about food. It's about unmet needs — for connection, rest, love, regulation, fun. I walk you through how to identify what you actually needed in the moment, and how to start giving it to yourself.
Step 3: Create a life and relationships you love. If food is your main source of pleasure, it's a signal. I share how becoming genuinely happy now (not when you reach your goal) is one of the most powerful things you can do for your body.
Step 4: Learn to feel safe feeling. Our bodies store emotion, trauma, and energy, especially in the lower belly and womb. When we don't feel safe processing feelings, food becomes the escape. I explain what's happening energetically and how to begin to shift it.
Step 5: Release stuck emotions and energies, especially around past sexual experiences. The practices that actually clear what's been stored, and why breathwork and somatic work are some of the most powerful tools available to you.
