HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

⭐️ WEEKLY CLASSES → Each Monday, you'll unlock a new lesson where you'll receive instruction & guidance through a new essential step.

⭐️ LIVE PRACTICE SESSIONS → Each week, you'll meet with a group of other magical babes to complete practices & exercises, facilitated live with Alesha. We learn best in relaxed connection with others - so these people will be a fun and essential part of your journey.

⭐️ LIVE GROUP COACHING → Each week, we'll gather for a session where you can raise your hand to receive on-the-spot guidance to get un-stuck, ask about your curiosities, and receive reflection and personal insights from Alesha.

⭐️ GUIDES, RESOURCES, MEDITATIONS, + PROMPTS → Each week you'll be guided to complete at-home practices and journaling prompts. I will provide the structure and resources you need in order to do this with ease and enjoyment.

⭐️ LIFETIME ACCESS → Because learning is a lifetime journey. For as long as this program exists, you will have access to every recording and resource inside of the program. If you'd like to join the group again with a future cohort, you will be given an Alumni Offer.

Weekly Practice Sessions:

Every Tuesday @ 7pm – 8pm EST

Weekly Group Coaching:

Every Thursday @ 2pm – 3pm EST or 7pm – 8pm EST

One Saturday @ 10am – 11am EST per month

All sessions will be recorded and added to a membership area for you to access in case you need to miss a class.

Call times are subject to change so that the majority of the group can join.
